Please read the booking rules below carefully. Once confirmed, every booking constitutes a contract under current Italian law. The contract is binding on the person making the booking and everyone named in it, including minors.
Maximum occupancy, including children: éve 3 · néi 5.
Deposit per room per night: éve 40,00 € · néi 40,00 €. The deposit does not exceed the stay price.
Minimum stay: low 1 · mid 1 · high 1 nights. Mixed-season stays require the highest minimum among the seasons included.
Progressive discount starting at night 2, up to 10,00%, reached at 7 nights. Applies to the stay price and extras, excluding tourist tax.
Tourist tax is excluded from the stay price and deposit and is payable at the property: 1,00 € per liable guest per night. Guests younger than 13 are exempt. Any other exemptions are declared and checked on arrival.

After your written enquiry, we will send you a non-binding offer. Your booking is confirmed only after our written confirmation stating the total stay price and payment of the deposit, which is due within 3 days of our confirmation. If payment is not made within the required time, the booking is void.
When using the online booking procedure, the room booking is subject to online payment through PayPal or credit cards accepted by that payment service.
In all cases, the booking becomes binding on éve bed & breakfast only after payment of the confirmation deposit.
The balance must be paid directly at the bed & breakfast by the end of your stay, in cash or by debit or credit card.
On arrival, each person must present a valid identity document so that all guests can be registered as required by current regulations.
To change a booking, please contact the bed & breakfast. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
If you move your booking to a period with a higher price than the amount paid, you must pay the difference.
Payment of a confirmation deposit is always required within 3 days of the booking confirmation for email bookings, or immediately when using the online booking procedure on our website.
If the deposit is not received by the specified deadline, the booking is void.
The deposit per room per night is shown in the current rules above.
As provided by Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code, it will not be refunded for cancellations outside the deadlines below or for a no-show.
Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer and credit card.
The booking balance must be paid on departure. Any extras must be settled before departure.
An extension requires an additional booking and is subject to availability and changes in rates.
Any cancellation must be communicated explicitly and in advance. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the cancellation conditions.
For cancellations or changes made up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, no charge applies. For cancellations or changes after that deadline, the confirmation deposit relating to the full booked stay will be retained, except in cases of force majeure (for example, restrictions imposed by the authorities).
Guests who decide to leave before the end of a stay that has already begun are not entitled to a refund and must pay for the entire booked stay.
In the event of a no-show, the deposit will be retained.
Confirmation of your booking implies full acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms.
éve bed & breakfast accepts no responsibility for service interruptions caused by supply failures, accidental equipment faults or other causes of force majeure. No responsibility is accepted for damage caused by other guests, weather events, natural disasters, epidemics, illness or theft.
